Support is SLOW
Although the App appears fairly good, support is painstaking. One reply per day and they dont even pay attention to everything youre stating or the logs you submit at their request. Hard for me to recommend an App to customers given this level of support. They cannot get the site sync to work between devices, and dont really seem to care.
Update: Issue has yet to be resolved going on for over a month now. Last contact was 8 days ago when they were evaluating log files, and now they want to close the issue, without even responding to the support case. Theres no way this project can move forward with support like this. Harmon.ie is a much better product and has been much more responsive support wise. FYI.. Ive subscribed to SharePlus Pro, so paying for App and support.
