Does it bring all your data into one cosmos? Probably. Does it edit all slick and colorful like the execs love? No doubt it does whatever it says it will do. I downloaded and quickly read the agreements. There is NO way on Gods green earth I could push company data I DONT own into this app with an agreement that signs away NIST defined CUI, trade secrets, financial analysis, company contact info, as well the first born of every board members grandchild. What concerns me more than SharePlus’ lack of judgment with this agreement, if self described IT professionals have put their company data here where SharePlus states they will use it anyway they want, and if it isnt your data to share, too bad so sad - they dont care. Shareplus, please tell me I have this wrong, that I have misunderstood the agreements..

Better integration... good app

I was excited about using this for my small business; went all-in and purchased the $60/yr pro version for the amazing visualizations feature. However, upon setting up my account I misspelled my email account. The setup process did not include an email validation, but rather, accepted the wrong email and then requires me to access a code that it sends to the wrong email in order to complete my registration. Obviously, I cannot access what is sent to a non-existent address. This has me stuck in a frustratingly vicious loop! I have requested support service twice, sending details of the problem each time with not response. I am trying a third time, hopeful for a better customer service experience going forward!

The ability to access your SharePoint and a variety of other files providers gives you a powerful tool to access your necessary data on the move. Integration with the ReportPlus gives the App an efficient powerful feature of visualizing my data into professional dashboards that would fit my enterprise needs. The latest global search feature is really awesome.

Paid for the app to go beyond lite. Now it's gone to subscription.

This app is probably very powerful. But unless you're a wiz with computers, not worth your time. The interface is NOT easy. I figured out how to link to my company's site, but it shouldn't have to be so difficult to figure out all the features claimed in the App Store. I moved on to something else. Just need something that does tasks correctly.

This app really doesn't tell you before downloading that it will only work if you spend $17.99 per year. I need a way for office 365 sharepoint to work efficiently for my interaction with a client but after downloading and logging in I don't have access to the resources I have and need to do my job. Very frustrating to be misled.

For an app that requires $18 a year to upkeep, the inability to sort files alphabetically when offline is a major hiccup. Terrible when having to read on planes. Tech support has been looking into this for almost a month. C'mon guys, this is a very basic file management function.

I hate apps that say 'FREE!!', then hit you with the bait and switch. It's free to install. It's not free to use. They limit you to 10 documents, then charge $17.xx per year for a subscription. I'm ok with paying for apps; programmers should be compensated. But I absolutely abhor companies that say their app is free when it is anything but.

By far the best SharePoint access application out there. Worth 2x the price of the app. considerably better than MS's document connection application. I understand there used to be an osx version. I'd really like to see that re-emerge. I'd pay double just to have the same functionality on my MB Pro as well.

Works well for Share Point. This App has come a long way. Now it is stable and runs well. One suggestion to the developer could be, to please integrate mark up of files. Then I will no longer need paper, while having my notes and markups directly in one place.

Although the App appears fairly good, support is painstaking. One reply per day and they don't even pay attention to everything you're stating or the logs you submit at their request. Hard for me to recommend an App to customers given this level of support. They cannot get the site sync to work between devices, and don't really seem to care. Update: Issue has yet to be resolved going on for over a month now. Last contact was 8 days ago when they were evaluating log files, and now they want to close the issue, without even responding to the support case. There's no way this project can move forward with support like this. Harmon.ie is a much better product and has been much more responsive support wise. FYI.. I've subscribed to SharePlus Pro, so paying for App and support.

For remote access via mobile, there isn't a better app out there.

The old version 3.x was fine, this new 4.x looks shiny but it can't open the main documents library of a site. It can open every other library and list, but not the most important. Unfortunately that makes the app largely useless until this is fixed.

I upgraded to the yearly subscription to have full functionally of all of the app features. While the app offers the best sharepoint experience I've seen in an app, some of the advertised features (Can't save dashboards) do not work and support has been relatively unresponsive in my multiple attempts in getting all functionally to work as advertised. Once everything works, easily a 5 star app.

Office 365 environment with a number of document libraries, custom lists, etc... Setup is a breeze, ability to save individual lists as favorites, carries over nearly all standard functionality from SP. I love this app. A great tool.

Shame. Download app and step 1 is to login. I attempt to login using my O365 ID and immediately failed but then realized there is no way that share-plus can connect to o365 so not sure what I am logging into.

Terrible support that asks same questions repeatedly. Unable to effectively resolve an issue. Kept blaming server configuration. What are the chances its a server config issue when other iOS Sharepoint apps work just fine and yours is the only one breaking!!!

This app is the best out there for viewing and updating your Sharepoint data and content. I use it daily.

Support tried to help but kept asking me the same questions and repeatedly asked me to send logs even though I've done it three times.

Perfect for accessing sharepoint on iPhone

A friend recommended this app and I'm glad I took her advise. Share Plus allows me to even customize the home screen to suit my business needs. I'm very pleased with how quickly I became familiar with this app.

Perfect for accessing files on SharePoint. Makes me much more productive when traveling.

This isn't free software. It's trial software that is severely limited. It only allows you to view 10 items in a list. It looks good but its subscription based for $18/year.

Very happy with this app for iPad. I tried it for iPhone and was totally shocked to see they wanted $17.99 subscription to make it work.

If you use lists with long column names (we use them for users to input values and for the list to return a result to the user), then this software is not for you. SharePlus cuts off the column name after about the first twenty letters, making the product useless if the user needs to know the entire column name. The SharePlus customer support response to this was "Thank you for contacting Infragistics! I'm afraid that its only supported on Survey Lists. Please let me know if there's anything else I can help you with." And it took 20 days for this response. The software gets a C-, but their customer support an F.

Our board uses this App but it is far from user friendly. The machinations required to log in periodically as we do our too long to commit to memory. Whereas BoardBooks, which does the same function, is seamless and very user friendly. If you have a chance to have input on using electronic media for business materials - steer clear of SharePlus

Unable to connect to my 2013 farm through the app, with a Nonstop prompt for authentication / fail with app, and unable to log in. Safari works fine.

Terrible access to sharepoint, and if you want any features you are expected to pay a ridiculous subscription.

This is the first time I have ever reviewed an app. I noticed that no one had reviewed this yet. We don't use Sharepoint to its full potential by any stretch but this app keeps up with all the latest versions and is ahead of our needs at every turn. It is amazing. I have tried a few other SP apps and they don't even come close to the features and interface of this one. I actually have two versions of sharepoint that I use for two different companies this app easily switches between them.

Reallly enjoyed using this application to access SharePoint but ever since the update I've been have authenication issues. One session it works the next session it doesn't, and their suppport line akes forever to get back to you. Really disappointed!!

This app was perfect for us until the latest version release. Wish I could go back. I'll have to spend more money on another app now. Thanks for removing functionality in your "upgrade".

The April 2014 update disabled this app from working. The original $19.99 purchase if the Pro Version worked well. After this last update, it stopped working. Saw something in the release notes about a convenient annual subscription if $49.99. No thanks. Oh well, they got my $20, shouldn't have upgraded.

Previously, I purchased the "Pro" version of this app. Even though it was used lightly and occasionally, it did what I needed it to do. Now, when I go to use it, basic function (working through libraries) has been crippled as added incentive to purchase the annual $49.99 subscription for "Pro". A subscription for features I'd previously directly paid for. Thanks for the change, but no thanks.

After downloaded the new release of April 14th, I am still receiving authentication fail error messages. Error message "The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and wan unable to complete your request. " I am able to login with the old version prior to April 11.

Thanks for making sharepoint so easy to use on the iPad! Awesome app! Waiting for more apps from Infragistics!!!!! :)

The updated version of this app does not work. It crashes every time I try and go into my library of documents. I spent money for an app that used to work and now doesn't. Don't buy it until it is updated.

Unless you want to pay $49.99 for the annual subscription, don't bother downloading this app. The read-only access is severely restricted. For example, the calendar view shows only the first 10 items unless you pay to see the whole list.

I could view lists but couldn't add new items

I tried every authentication available and couldn't get a login to work for my company's office365 account. This is probably more of a reflection of the crap world of Microsoft web offerings more than the app. Logging in should not be difficult.

Have been using this app for the last 6 months and have to say it is one of the most easiest ways for me to access my company's share point site while on the move. Easy to access, easy to navigate, and allows me full control to work with my site and my files.

This app is the answer I was looking for to access SharePoint data in an easy and organized way.

This is a really good App for interfacing with and accessing documents and data on a SharePoint server. I especially like the ability to annotate PDF documents in-place on the server.

This app magically makes SharePoint something digestible. The one item which I've found needs refining is the in-app editor and the preservation of notes / comments from in-app editor to downloadable working version. I've had to re-enter any comments I've made on note sticky tabs as text boxes (for them to be readable in the downloaded and printed document version).
